Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every record you buy from ASoc. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Return window
Sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unopened and in their original condition.
2. Damaged or defective items
If a record arrives damaged, warped or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no return shipping cost to you.
3. How to start a return
Email hello@asoc-records.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with a prepaid label and instructions.
4. Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Non-returnable items
Opened records and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty, in line with consumer law.
