These terms set out the agreement between you and ASoc Records when you browse our store or place an order. By using the site you accept them.
1. Using our store
You agree to use the ASoc store for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is mispriced or out of stock, and will refund you in full in that case.
3. Availability
Stock is limited, particularly for colour pressings and limited editions. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it until checkout is complete.
4. Intellectual property
All artwork, copy and branding on this demo storefront is original to ASoc and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Liability
ASoc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store, to the extent permitted by law.
